Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a £25 fee.

Missed appointments
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.

Late arrivals
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Booking appointments
A deposit of £25 is required upon booking all services. This will be deducted from your appointment total.
